Puppy Hour

How It Works

Upon arrival you will sign in your pup at our front desk. At 11:00 a.m. we invite everyone back into our multipurpose room and divide all puppies up into two groups based on size and play style. After a quick safety talk, we ask parents to remove all collars, harnesses, and leashes so your pup can truly run, play, and be free! Multiple experienced pack members will be onsite to help answer any questions. This is a great time for puppies to make new friends and parents can get all their questions answered by the experts.

We offer a free hour of puppy socialization every Saturdays at 11AM to 12 PM for puppies 8 to 15 weeks of age. To get in on the action we need a completed Registration & Release and proof of any current vaccines. Once you have submitted this information, you will receive an email confirming your puppy’s eligibility dates.

Helpful Tips

Parents tend to be just as excited as parents during Puppy Hour, so we’ve outlined a few things to keep in mind to ensure a smooth positive experience for everyone:

  1. Arrive 10-15 minutes early; our parking lot fills up quick!

  2. Refrain from bringing/using a retractable leash

  3. Be mindful of your puppy’s behavior and watch for their “tired” cues, as many will tire before the hour is up.

Children: We welcome children who are old enough to follow instructions and who are not fearful of dogs. We ask that you keep your child close and refrain them from running, picking up, or playing with the puppies.
